Gymnastics for the Neck

   Everyone knows that face and neck need special means of treatment. And besides, as Sara insists, a woman should think of special exercises designed for neck and face.
   It is well known that gymnastics is very important for keeping the neck fit. I made Sara go to fitness club that is not far from our place. They say that the training means are different - they should begin with the relaxation of the head and face muscles. The first wrinkles appear around the eyes and over the top of the lips. Sara tries to press the air through the pinched lips, so that they vibrate. Then she does the same with relaxed bowed neck, so that the cheeks move and vibrate, too. Then she adds another movement. She moves her head from side to side, while presses the air through the pinched lips. Sometimes she feels dizzy, stops the action and presses only the air through the pinched lips. This exercise should be done three or four times. Then Sara makes cleansing procedure and applies redefining neck treatment using moisturizing cream on the face and the neck. The next step concerns the treatment of neck redefining and correcting the double chin. These exercises involve the tongue and more six other muscles. Those are the muscles of the front and back of the neck. As a result of these exercises more blood runs to the throat and warms it from inside.

   One more exercise. Put your fists under your chin. Open and close your mouth, while the fists are tight. Repeat the exercise five times. Take the tongue out and repeat the exercise.
